House Cleaning and Laundry

There are some working and business people in town who are so busy on their day jobs, leaving them very little free time to clean their huge houses. By the time they get home, they are too tired to do the cleaning. They also have piles of laundry to wash and no time to do it, yet they need to be well dressed everyday for their jobs and businesses. They could hire a maid but we all know reliable and dedicated live-in maids are very hard to come by these days. For most families with no young children in the house, probably they are all grown or they are in boarding schools and colleges, they would rather not have a live-in maid. They plan on doing their own cleaning and laundry, but always fall behind due to their busy work schedules.

These are jobs waiting for somebody to do them and get paid. Approach such people and offer them a price. Offer to go to their houses once a week, clean the house, do their laundry and iron. If they dont know you personally, get some references from credible people in town who knows you or your family. A church Minister, a Catholic priest, a headmaster or teacher, your local Chief or a well known business owner in town. Be sure you are worthy of the reference those decent people are giving on your behalf.

Once you do a good job for a few of those customers in town, making their lives so much easier, they will naturally tell their families and friends about you, bringing you more customers. Before you know it, you will have one or two houses to clean every day of the week; you may need to recruit other young people to work alongside you.

Think about this type of work for a moment. It is the same household chores you do at your home every day, but now, you are doing it for somebody else who needs the help and you are getting paid to do it. Ask yourself why not?
