You also have the advantage of knowing your potential customers personalities and reputation. You know who has extra money to pay for jobs you will be suggesting to them. You know who likes their home to look good, making it easy to approach them with home improvement projects. You know which family is too busy to cook or clean, making them good candidates to offer food, cleaning and laundry services. You know which working family has a new baby, giving you an opportunity to offer them baby sitting services. You know which Pioneer Parents are living by themselves because all their grown children and their families work and live in big cities only visiting occasionally, giving you an opportunity to offer companionship for their elderly parents. This knowledge alone is such a huge advantage for business planning and execution.
